Our extended care hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. There is a 5 minute grace period to pick up your child(ren). Once the time is 5:36 P.M., you will be charged a fee of $1 per minute per child, retroactive to 5:00 P.M. The fees are due, in cash, when your child is picked up payable to the employee who has monitored your child. Withdrawal Policy - Receipt of written notification of intent to withdraw is required 30 days in advance, prior to December 31, 2010. After Jan. 1, the remainder of contract is required. Tuition is not refundable for absence. Acceptance - Each child is accepted on a provisional basis.
